This  is the 2011  Prima Ballerina decoration. It features Barbie as a graceful prima ballerina in a white tutu with glittery silver details. Barbie wears white pearl earrings, white pointe shoes, and a glittery silver tiara.

The ornament is made of plastic, but Barbie's tutu is made of real tulle.

Barbie's bottom is marked "2011 Mattel, Inc. HMK CDS" 

The ornament has been displayed, but is in good condition.
